We, have rented this property for the past 2 years and have reserved it for 2010. It is in an excellent location on a quiet street and close to the beach. The children love the pool and the beach. I love the screened porch.

This is a lovely, well appointed, comfortable home. We had everything we needed and more. The screened in porch and pool areas were where we spent the majority of our time with our family and especially our grandchildren.
There were 4 adults and two children in our party and we never once felt crowded and were able to enjoy some close family time in this lovely home.
The short walk to the beach, and the proximity to the village and shopping areas were other pluses.
We have made our reservations to come stay at this property again this coming summer.

Great beach house and wonderful pool. This house is not huge, but has everything you need on one floor, which is great with little ones who can't manage stairs. The location is wonderful- easy walk to beach and surprisingly quiet for being right on Bruce. We enjoyed this house as much as some of the bigger homes we have stayed at in the past and would definitely return. It has one of the better pools and all of the furnishings were very nice too.
