We have stayed in 402 for 3 years now in August. It is very nicely decorated and has very comfortable furniture inside and on the balcony. The only complaint is year after year it seems like it is not being maintained ie. paint pealing, broken blinds, broken pullout sofa bed, etc. so we have to call a workman to fix these things often.
