The entire family will enjoy the resort amenities of this one-of-a-kind vacation property. Some of this homes unique features include a tiki bar, putting green, and playground.
Two nicely furnished bedrooms are located downstairs, and the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The living room and master bedroom offer ocean views, and open onto a viewing porch.
Above the open deck, stairs lead to a roof top observation point, with panoramic ocean views. And, the oversized kitchen will easily accommodate two chefs.
A public beach access is just steps from the front door. These owners will also accept pets under 35lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
We enjoyed the house and location. A couple of items were disappointing; light bulbs burnt out in several fixtures, some outdoor light did not work, TV remotes not working, AC outdoor unit VERY noisy, etc. The house itself was perfect for our large family, allowing privacy, yet providing large enough common space to be very comfortable. We really enjoyed the house's location to the beach. The overall stay was great!

Although this house was not new, it was a good choice for a family or large group. It was very near the beach and the pool was wonderful. Plenty of porches and patios, too. The kitchen is large enough for a crowd to cook.

You get just what you see and more. My family got the house for my wedding in May 2009, we had 14 people staying at the house and all lot of family in and out. You would never know how many people where in the house it is so big. Also Hodnett Cooper is a good company. :) I give the house 10 stars.**********

We enjoyed the privacy that this house gives, the layout is great with its private pool some of the bedrooms could use an update of bedspreads and furniture.
