760 Ocean Boulevard is St. Simons Island's newest luxury address... complete with nicely landscaped lawns, a gated entrance, covered parking, swimming pool with hot tub, and an elevator.
760 Ocean Boulevard is located just a short walk from the St. Simons Village and directly across the street from a public beach access. The historic lighthouse, Village fishing pier, local boutiques and wonderful restaurants are all located nearby.
This fourth floor residence is professionally decorated, and features two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, two large tiled baths, a gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops, a large combined living and dining area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views. The master suite offers a jetted tub, generously sized walk-in shower, and access to the private balcony. There is a partial ocean view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom.
This was the second time I stayed at this property. The first time the Condo had internet connection which really made my stay NICE! This last time the Condo I stayed at did not have internet connection, and the Elevator was broken (didn't work) four times out of my four week stay which made lugging a computer up and down three flights of stairs a little difficult. But for the most part, I would still stay there again.
