There is more good news to report in the local real estate market: the Glynn County real estate market is more dynamic and the inventory of available homes is decreasing compared to the same time last year. Both are clear signs of a strengthening market.
On St. Simons specifically, compared to July 1st last year there is a 19% reduction* in the number of homes for sale on St. Simons Island. Also, the average number of days an active listing has been on the market decreased by 39% compared to the active listings this time last year.
