Stephanie Foster Named Hodnett Cooper Real Estate Agent of the Month for January, 2014

At the close of each month, Hodnett Cooper Real Estate recognizes the agent with the most transactions for the month. For January 2014, Hodnett Cooper is pleased to announce Stephanie Foster as Agent of the Month.

Stephanie Foster started her real estate career in 2001. The next year, Stephanie was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Golden Isles Association of Realtors. She is also a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Golden Isles Association of Realtors and as Chairman of the Circle of Excellence Club.  Stephanie earned the Top Agent award at Hodnett Cooper Real Estate for 2011 and 2013 and has many times earned the Agent of the Month award.

Stephanie attributes her real estate success to carefully listening to client needs, market knowledge, negotiation and coordination skills and her “client first” philosophy. Stephanie conducts business the old fashioned way—by working hard, knowing the community and upholding high ethical standards.
