As a family-owned business, Hodnett Cooper takes pride in celebrating the individuals who contribute to our success every day. Our founder, Roy Hodnett, continually emphasizes the importance of a positive attitude.

Starting this year, Hodnett Cooper Real Estate will be presenting the “Roy Hodnett Positive Person Award” to one team member in the Brunswick office and one team member in the St. Simons Island office. The award can be give for any number of reasons that fall under the “positive person” umbrella. For example: helping a fellow employee with a difficult situation, participating in a charitable event, rescuing a dog, covering the front desk for a sick employee or taking food to a family in need. The award winner is the person that never says “no” when someone needs assistance, or the person that always makes you smile. The award recipient chooses the next month’s recipient based on those criteria.

Last month’s recipients, Janice Ronson and Becky Canter nominated and awarded the recipients for March:

Len Hoshall – as Becky describes, “I chose Len because he reminds me so much of Roy Hodnett. Len is currently serving as the President of the MLS. I admire his positive outlook and the way he treats his clients and everyone here at Hodnett Cooper. When I first joined the company, Len made a point of getting reacquainted with me. In addition, he is always willing to answer any question that I might have. As a newer agent, it’s a big help!”

Vicki Coolidge –Janice Ronson passed the award to Vicki Coolidge for Vicki’s positivity even when things are not going well, or as expected.  She helps everyone in the office with solutions to problems and can change our attitude toward a difficult. Janice describes Vicki as always having “a half-full attitude, not a half-empty attitude.”

All of us at Hodnett Cooper thank and congratulate both Len and Vicki!
