This is a lovely condo that overlooks the beach with a fantastic view. A very short walk to local shops and restaurants.

This unit is a beautiful unit with an ocean front view. It is in a very convenient location and has a great amount of beach all day long. However, we will not be able to stay there again until the owners get new mattresses for both bedrooms. The mattresses are way too old and sink in the middle. We were looking forward to a much needed rest and the mattresses gave us both backaches. If they change the mattresses we would come back

Hodnett Cooper is a wonderful rental agency. I've used them in the past and have always been pleased with their customer service. We recently stayed in the Sea Point 107 rental. We love the location of Sea Point to the village area. It's very easy to walk or ride bikes into town. We also love that it's right on the beach. My girls love playing on the beach when the tide is out. I also love seeing the sunrise in the morning. Unit 107 is wonderfully decorated. It head everything our family needs while on vacation and we will definitely rent is again in the future

On the positive side, Seapoint 107 is right on the ocean and perfect location to the beach and downtown. The unit was comfortable enough but is dated and needs some updating and freshening up. Adequate kitchen supplies, great laundry room, great TVs, and three bathrooms all good. Overall, not an unpleasant condo. Had a problem with the tile floor that was corrected and a new shower head was installed. Can't beat the location

This unit gives breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is wonderful and was larger than expected. The large closets are very convenient for people traveling with children as they can accommodate a pack in play or roll away bed. Memory foam mattress toppers for the beds would be my only recommendation. They are fine but could be a little more luxurious and comfortable. Bedding and decor are great. The views are so good it is hard to even think about anything else.
