LEAD HOUSKEEPING INSPECTOR
We are hiring a full-time, Lead Housekeeping Inspector to help Hodnett Cooper ensure Guests have an outstanding first impression of the residence they have rented. This team member will work in conjunction with housekeeping staff, escalate maintenance opportunities to the maintenance team and perform quality control inspections in an energetic environment. Complete administrative reporting and oversee staff to ensure goals are being met. Excellent communication skills necessary. COMMUNITY SUPERVISOR
To continue our tradition of exceptional service while continuing to grow, Hodnett Cooper Association Management is searching for a detailed and proactive community supervisor to assist local, luxury, communities. Must have a strong ability to solve problems, manage multiple tasks at once, and receive direction from leaders. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and professional on the phone and in person. The ability to work with a seasoned team and an eye for detail is key to success. Able to operate MS Office suite programs independently and an ability to quickly learn new technology is needed. Will work closely with other staff, owners and guests. 2+ years of office setting or customer service position is ideal. LUXURY CONCIERGE
We are hiring a full-time, Luxury Concierge to oversee Hodnett Cooper’s Premier Property Program and create unforgettable vacation experiences for VIP guests. This includes liaising with 3rd party housekeeping partners, our inhouse maintenance team, and external vendors to ensure the home exudes exceptional condition by performing quality control inspections in an energetic environment. This is the perfect position for someone who is able to work independently in the field or in an office environment, as this position requires both. Work hand in hand with guests to provide first class amenities including scheduling activities and events, making dining reservations or catering, or providing dream décor as our VIP families celebrate special events. Excellent communication skills are necessary. This is a full time-time position and requires weekend work.
