How Does It Work? Confirm a reservation directly with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property and VayK Gear will email a link to your private VayK Gear selection portal. Enter your Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rental Confirmation Number and select from an incredible assortment of beach gear items to take your vacation to the next level! Selected items are delivered to the property on day of arrival and picked up on day of departure.
How Do I Claim My Free Credit? Guests with confirmed reservations made after February 1st, 2023, with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024, at participating Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rental properties receive a daily credit towards beach gear rentals during the stay with only a $25 delivery fee. The credit amount varies per property type. Please note some properties do not participate and will not reference beach gear in the property description. There is no cash value if the credit is not used.
When Can I Make My Selection? Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours! From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory – especially bicycles – are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible. Just order online at least 48 hours in advance of your stay and VayK Gear will do the rest.
Can’t Choose? We know, there is so much to choose from! If you reach the credit limit, you can continue to add items priced at VayK Gears exclusive, discounted rate. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart.
