"Fantasea" is a quaint upstairs retreat nestled in the trees... located directly across the street from the King and Prince Hotel and just steps from the beach.

If you prefer a more private setting than a large hotel, 1221 Beachview is a wonderful alternative perfect for couples! It features a large living space to include a small dining table and a small kitchen area with a mini-fridge and two small burners, microwave and coffee maker. The king size bed is tucked back in a small nook giving it a cozy feel. One of the best features is a small screened porch perfect for enjoying the outdoors bug free. If you have a small pet you don't have to leave them at home as this quaint accommodation gladly accepts pets!



The location cannot be beat, you will be only 1 block from the ocean and have a public beach access steps from your door. Just a quick walk across the street and you will be at Echo, one of St. Simons Oceanfront dining options or a block away are several of St. Simons most popular other restaurant options. You are also walking distance to a few shopping opportunities but certainly less than a couple of miles to the prime Village area which is full of an array of shopping and restaurants. The bright and beachy décor is just what you would expect for a St. Simons Island getaway. This is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a more private setting than a hotel room, you don't want to leave your pet at home and you want an economical option!

Being so near the beach was great. This pet friendly space is cute, cozy and just the right thing for a couple of people. Would love to stay again.

The location was quiet and convenient. The rental was clean and well maintained. Hodnett Cooper's staff was very helpful and professional. I was able to check-in early since the rental was ready. Convenient key pickup and return policy. This weekend was my first time visiting SSI and my first experience with vacation rentals. I recommend using this agency and rental for future vacations.

Everyone at Hodnett Cooper was very helpful, and in particular, very supportive when I had a family emergency and had to leave early. I cannot thank them enough. Although it was a short stay, I wasn't aware the refrigerator/stove combo was college dorm room size - I was going to be LIVING there for almost a month. I also wasn't aware it was on the top story of a home. Just a heads up would have better prepared me. Location to beach was excellent. Area was great for vacationers or tourists. Nice set up. Ample space. Quiet neighbors.

An upstairs studio cheerfully decorated with a comfortable king bed plenty of towels and nice screened in porch looking into the trees. Porch needs a good scrubbing ,take dish detergent, garbage bags coffee filters etc

Cute place at a great location. No ocean view, but close to ocean and is an easy walk through King and Prince area. 2 Chairs were available. The thermostat did not work so it was a bit chilly inside. Bed was comfortable and liked the front decks. Note that this is the top of a dual unit.
