On the first floor the home features two living areas with room to spread out with a 50 inch TV in the great room and the second living area has a wet bar, game table, and comfortable seating. A gourmet kitchen opens up to the great room featuring stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and breakfast table. Additional dining is offered outside from the large front deck. The beautiful deck features a huge live oak in the center which is beautifully lit up at night creating a special ambience to dine by.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the private backyard thru a screened in porch which is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The upstairs master features a king bed and an additional day bed and master bath with a jacuzzi tub and huge shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks with full bath as well.
A convenient outdoor shower is available to rinse off after the beach.
