This one of a kind property consists of three cottages that are a short 1500' from scenic beaches of St. Simons Island and steps to restaurants and shopping. The Compound is situated on over an acre which features 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, accommodations up to 24 people, a shared 800 square foot swimming pool (not a heated pool in cooler months), 24 palm trees, lush tropical vegetation, regulation sand volleyball / badminton court, a putting green, a children's playground and so much more!

The three cottages consist of the Seaglass Cottage, the Sea Turtle Cottage and the Mermaid Cottage. Each cottage features a fun beach themed decor, updated kitchens and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel cable TV's in all living rooms and bedrooms, WiFi, large screened in porches, multiple barbeque grills, linens (sheets and bath towels), and beach towels. Located on over an acre, there is plenty of open yard space for your group to entertain and play. We absolutely loved our stay at The Compound. We rented the entire complex, all three cottages. Plenty of room for everyone, and we loved the large screened porches. Wish the weather had not been so wet, but we enjoyed the voleyball court and playground when we could. We will definitely be back.

The Compound was perfect for our family of 17! The pictures on the web site depicts the Compound perfectly. It was clean, well equipped, and adorable! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the charming village. We did not get to use the pool because it was a little cool, but it looked very lean. We used the volleyball court, fun family activity! It was really great to have three ovens and stove tops to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We loved this place!! We're Ted golf carts and bicycles to explore the island even more.Perfect Family Holiday!

We are an extended family that has grown over the years and needed a facility that could accommodate 10 adults and 10 children. The Compound was great. Each family had their own bedroom and the children hand theirs. Each home was very nice. Enjoyed the large pool where we played every day. We tended to gather in the larger house in the evenings for meals or cocktails. Just loved the property. Many thanks.
