East Beach is a small, residential neighborhood surrounded by Ocean to the east and picturesque marsh to the west. The neighborhood is convenient to numerous Island shops and restaurants, multiple beach access points, Gould’s Inlet and the Historic Coast Guard Station.

With four large bedrooms and five and half baths, your group will love the space in this wonderful home. One of the bedrooms features two sets of bunk beds—perfect for the kids! An additional living area with sleeping possibilities, offers plenty of room for the extended family!

With open living areas and loads of porches, 4318 6th Street offers spacious living areas indoors and outdoors. The kitchen/dining area is open, spacious is perfect for interacting with the cooks! The kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

On the top level, the oversized master retreat has more than enough room to roam and the en suite bath is magnificent and spacious. Also on the top level are two additional spacious bedrooms. The main level of the home boasts a second master suite.

This beautiful home is fabulously decorated and is sure to please even the most discriminating vacationer. In addition, this home offers complimentary wireless internet access, an elevator, and a swimming pool. An entry-level retreat features a ping pong table, sitting area and tiki bar—a great poolside retreat.

We particularly liked the 3 parking spaces, spacious and incredibly well stocked/supplied kitchen. Master bedroom area is huge.

This house was amazing! It far exceeded our expectations and the pictures didn't lie. We were celebrating our parents 50th Anniversary and wanted them to relax in luxury and the master suite delivered! My mom is still talking about the shower. It accommodated our family of 12 very comfortably. One of my favorite things was each bedroom had it's own bathroom & large closet, and the pool was a big hit with the kids of all ages. This house is walking distance from the 6th street access to the beach which is a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend bringing your family or friends here

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this terrific home. We had a family reunion to celebrate my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. Despite the fact that there were ten of us in the home, we had room to spare. The master suite is huge and the large kitchen was perfect for our big family. Both my wife and I grew up on East Beach and it's nice to find a home that is modern, yet adheres to the character of old time East Beach. Be sure to bring some beach umbrellas, because the afternoon sun on the pool area can be brutal without shade. My mother-in-law and the elderly guests greatly appreciated the elevator. The only bad thing about this house is that we could only stay eight days. It was hard to leave. We will definitely rent it again.
