Enter through the large arched front door into a welcoming foyer. To your left, you'll find a cozy sitting room, while the laundry room and powder room are conveniently located to your right. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. The well-equipped main kitchen features marble countertops, a glass tile backsplash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosch dishwashers, and a large Thermador refrigerator. The first of the three primary suites is also located on this floor with a king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Make your way upstairs to discover, two more large primary bedrooms with direct access onto the oceanfront deck. Each comes with its own luxurious bathroom, featuring soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and double vanities. One bedroom offers a king bed, the other a queen.
