We have used your company several times, we keep coming back because everyone is very professional and extremely accommodating. The properties you represent are very nice and well appointed. Making a reservation is very easy and you are encouraged to ask questions. Additionally, every effort is made to insure satisfaction. We love visiting St Simon's Island.

We had an amazing stay at The Beach Club. We stay in the same unit each year. It is always clean, updated and lovely. We love the staff at The Beach Club. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The view of the water, pool and gardens is breathtaking from the patio. Our unit was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the washer and dryer off of the kitchen were great! We love the location of the beach club, as we could walk/bike into town. Such a nice little spot. We will be back to make more memories next year

The condo was clean, had the basics but felt a little dated. It was small but worked for the4 of us. My biggest complaint was the lack of supervision of the grounds at night. The hot tubs closed at "dusk" but most night there would be several noisy teenagers in them until 11pm. Also, I heard a loud noise outside to see kids in the parking area skating board and playing with the shopping carts around midnight.

This particular condominium is getting all new living furniture today so perhaps it will appear less dated! Our apologies for the noise you experienced during your stay. We do have on site property patrol at all times. We will review our staffing during this "sell out" spring break week to see if additional staff may be required to fully patrol all areas.
