We have stayed in same unit for 8 years now. We gave a very negative review after our stay in 2017 mostly due to the lack of any updates or changes in decor/bedding over the 7 years we had been coming. We were pleased to see the updates to the unit this year in the new floors, bathroom updates, and new bedding. We had been looking at other units and properties that were better appointed, but have rebooked for next year thanks to the updates.

My family visits st. Simons at least twice a summer solely for the beach experience of a CERTAIN location.We booked shipwatch 101 hoping it was close to the location on the beach that my family loves so much to our surprise it was directly on top of the location we love. This was the most amazing trip we have had so far to st. Simons we have 6 children so finding a place that sleep 6 comfortably without being a hotel room is hard to come by. WE LOVED OUR STAY.....WE WILL BE BACK

Shipwatch is a small condo unit that is kept very clean. The access to the beach is great and my kids love the pool. We also like being to park underneath to keep our vehicle cool. All fo the staff is very friendly. Overall it is a great place to stay.
