The closest airports are the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK), about 40 minutes north, the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), about 1 hour south, and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), just over an hour north, all offering rental car options for a smooth trip to the island.
