12 Live Oak is situated among a select group of vacation cottages. The house is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, village, pier, shops and restaurants.

The house has been completely newly furnished as of May 2012! Very cute!

We relocated to 12 Live Oak Place. Cute and charming house. Like that the master bedroom is on the first floor. Close to so many things. Would rent again.

The house was outstanding. It was clean and well maintained. The location was also very good as it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The communication regarding the rental was outstanding.

linens in master bed room had dog hairs all over. had to rewash and put on clean linens. master bath had dog hairs all over counter sink and toilet seat
