East Beach Villas represent a small townhouse complex within walking distance to the beach. Nothing fancy but all the basics are there and they are priced economically! They are unique in that the bedrooms and baths are all on the ground level with the common living area upstairs. 212 has a King bed in the master with a full bath. The other guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is a converted porch with bunk beds that is accessible thru the queen bedroom. An additional full bath is available for this guest space.
The upstairs living space is large and very open so it’s easy to be together as a family while cooking, dining, playing games or just relaxing watching TV. The large deck is located off the upstairs living space and has a table available for dining al fresco! The spiral steps takes you to a small rooftop deck for a view of your surroundings and ideal for sunbathing!
