Upon entering the home, guests immediately feel welcome. The open living area features a large den, sitting area in front of a gorgeous fireplace with custom woodworking, a game table, wet bar and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features a large island, custom cabinetry, professional Thermador gas range and incredible brick hood and surround. A door from the living area connects directly to the outdoor pool. The area is ideal for family gatherings.

The home’s outside areas are as impressive as the interior. Just off the living area is the zero edge swimming pool overlooking the marsh. A few steps down from the pool area is a gazebo over a brick sitting porch and grilling area.
