Step inside to find a warm, beautifully appointed interior filled with designer furnishings, hardwood floors, and thoughtful details throughout. The open living area brings everyone together, featuring a comfortable seating area, a game table, a wet bar, and a fireplace. A beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen features a Thermador gas range, a large island for preparing snacks and meals, and plenty of extras. The spacious primary suite overlooks the pool and marsh and opens directly to the covered patio, while a bonus room with bunk beds and a cozy seating nook will surely be one of the many highlights for younger guests.
Outside, the zero-edge pool overlooks the marsh, creating a peaceful place to swim, lounge, or gather around the grilling area come lunchtime. Follow the brick path across the marsh to the private dock, where you can fish, crab, or launch one of the two included kayaks for a paddle toward Sea Island’s south beach.
