This four bedroom, three bath home is nicely furnished and features a fabulous screened pool are complete with a built in gas grill and bar area. Great for outdoor living and snacking around the pool area
The first level has a large living space open to an upscale kitchen complete with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. A casual dining table is part of this open space as well. A more formal, larger dining table is located outside of the kitchen space. Downstairs has hardwood floors throughout. The back of the house faces beautiful tree laden Neptune Park.
Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms plus another large living area with another flat screen television. Great for game day or just family members to gather for a night of movies!
This home offers streaming services only.
A double car garage is available for parking. The garage offers a 220V outlet EV charging as well.
