Hodnett Cooper vacation rentals is pleased to present this 3 bedroom, 2 bath fabulous cottage for short term, weekly, or monthly rental. Entry into this single level home features a large open room with kitchen, dining and living area all in one. The central updated kitchen provides the perfect setting for cooking and interacting with your family or guests. A large comfortable screened in porch provides further area for relaxing or entertaining.
Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms and 2 completely refurbished bathrooms with the master featuring a fully tiled walk in shower. There are Spanish tile floors throughout the common areas giving the house a cool look with carpeting in the bedrooms.
613 Sheraton Plaza is a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks to the village which includes an array of boutique style shops and a variety of restaurants from casual to upscale dining. The village is also home to the lighthouse, fishing pier and wonderful oceanfront picnic area. The Neptune Park Fun Zone has a miniature golf course, state of the art playground and pool(open summer only).

Perfect house located on a quiet street walking distance to east beach and the village this house has everything you need for a getaway in Saint Simons. Comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, screened in porch to relax on and three bedrooms. Very easy check in and out. This was our second time staying in this lovely home and we would not hesitate to return again and again!

Perfect tidy home for us to relax in. Close enough to beaches and village. Comfy beds. Set up well for myself, husband and dog to stay.

An adorable house! Updated appliances, comfortable beds and plenty of space for relaxing and resting. A quick walk to the pier, shopping, the park but mostly to the beach. Plenty of other beaches (the Coast Guard Station beach was busy but gigantic) and lots of shopping are a short drive away. If it's rainy, no problem, there is a great selection of movies to watch and a screened in porch to sit in. We enjoyed our getaway at this St. Simon's house.

We loved our stay at this beach cottage. It was comfortable and accessible, walking distance to everything (i.e. shopping, dining, beach). This house is on a quiet street with little traffic. We loved eating breakfast on the screened porch and then walking down to the beach. Such a great little getaway!!
