The open-concept main level features a beautifully appointed kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room that flows seamlessly to a large oceanfront deck, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee, shared meals, and relaxing afternoons by the Atlantic Ocean.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor with direct access to the pool area, while four additional bedrooms upstairs offer plenty of space for family and friends. Two queen bedrooms, one with an en suite full bath, open to a shared balcony running the length of the home, while two twin bedrooms offer additional sleeping arrangements.
A second living area offers additional places to unwind, read, or enjoy the coastal scenery. The home’s unique split-level design blends into the dunes, with exterior stairs connecting the balcony to the pool deck and main living areas. A fenced pet run provides a secure outdoor space for your four-legged friend, and beach access is available via a shared boardwalk located just one home away, offering an easy path to the sand as tidal conditions permit.
