Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. | In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #212 faces the interior of the landscaped courtyard at the beach club on the south side which means you get morning sun on your balcony!

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I feel compelled here to share our great experience at this property. We are frequent visitors to Saint Simons, and I was impressed with this property! The location was excellent- beach access (right between East Beach and King and Prince) and the pool was beautiful and welcoming! We had an amazing view of the ocean and pool from our balcony and took it all in!
