The St. Simons Beach Club amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, two secluded hot tubs, direct beach access, barbecue grills, tennis court, fitness center and business center. Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!
