King & Prince 450 is located on the beachfront tip of the building and has stunning views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and King & Prince resort grounds.

Upon entering the unit, the open kitchen looks out over the dining area and into the living room—the open floor plan is ideal forsocializing. The living room features a large, flat-screen television and cozy fireplace. Just off the living are is an oceanfront balcony for enjoying ocean breezes and watching the tides.

The residence features two bedrooms. The spacious master features balcony access and ocean views. The en suite bathroom has a doublesink, raised vanity for comfort and tiled shower.

The second bedroom features twin beds and an adjacent bath with raised vanity and shower/tub.

Guests at King & Prince 450 have access to a private courtyard pool for Villas residents and guests.

We continue to use Hodnett-Cooper because of their vast selection and prompt service. Our condo had a perfect view and all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return!

Wonderful condo but did have a few deferred maintenance issues - none of which got in the way of a lovely vacation however.
