Shipwatch has been a favorite family destination for many years. And with just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community for weekend getaways or a comfortable snowbird destination during coastal Georgia’s mild winter months.
Each vacation rental residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area and a private balcony. Shipwatch #309 is located on the top floor with a partial ocean view. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all stainless appliances and guests will enjoy updated bathrooms throughout.
Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, volleyball area, large grass lawn and outdoor grills.
